Kassam is a highly skilled and professional Management Development Consultant who has worked across many industry sectors. He has developed and delivered various solutions in the areas of Leadership, Development and Assessment Centres, Performance Management, Leading Change, Team Development, Employment Law and Diversity as well as general management skills. He is a skilled, intuitive facilitator of people and has a highly interactive delivery style.

As part of his work on Diversity, Kassam has conducted a number of independent investigations on issues to do with discrimination, harassment and bullying, employing proven investigative and interviewing techniques.

Kassam is trained, accredited and licensed to apply behavioural assessments within the business environment such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Interplace.
