This is a 2 day experience commencing on 6th December and concluding on 7th December 2017.

Delegates will learn 3 key models covering the Harvard Business school pull/push influencing behaviours, the principles of ethical negotiation, and a 6 step process for conducting a negotiation. A highlight is the live negotiation meeting on day 2.
